TaskDash Provider Agreement
This Provider Agreement governs participation on the TaskDash platform as an independent service provider.
Independent Contractor Status
Providers are independent contractors and are not employees of TaskDash.
Provider Responsibilities
- Maintain all required licenses and certifications.
- Maintain insurance when legally required.
- Provide accurate profile information.
- Perform services professionally and safely.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
Payments
TaskDash may collect payments from customers and distribute provider payouts through approved payment processors.
Platform fees, taxes, chargebacks, refunds, and disputes may affect payout amounts.
Provider Verification
TaskDash may request identification, business licenses, insurance documents, certifications, or other information to verify provider eligibility.
Suspension or Removal
TaskDash may suspend or remove provider access for violations of platform policies, fraud, unsafe conduct, poor customer experience, or legal concerns.
Limitation of Liability
Providers assume responsibility for services performed and agree to hold TaskDash harmless for claims arising from work performed through the platform.
