These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TaskDash's website, mobile applications, provider applications, software, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using TaskDash, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. About TaskDash

TaskDash is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service providers for services such as locksmith, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, handyman services, and other local service categories.

TaskDash is not itself a provider of locksmith, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other field services unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use TaskDash.

By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Customer Accounts

Customers may create accounts, request services, communicate with providers, make payments, and review completed work.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate service information.
• Providing accurate contact and location information.
• Maintaining account security.
• Paying applicable charges and fees.

4. Provider Accounts

Providers may create accounts to receive service opportunities through TaskDash.

Providers are responsible for:

• Maintaining required licenses and certifications.
• Maintaining insurance where required.
• Providing accurate business information.
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Performing services professionally and safely.

TaskDash may suspend, reject, or remove providers at its sole discretion.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.

Customers authorize TaskDash and its payment partners to process payments for requested services, fees, taxes, adjustments, cancellations, or refunds where applicable.

Provider payouts may be delayed for verification, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or operational reasons.

6. Estimates and Final Pricing

Initial estimates displayed through the Platform may not represent final pricing.

Final pricing may change based on:

• Actual labor required.
• Materials used.
• Additional services requested.
• Unexpected job conditions.

Customers may be required to approve revised pricing before work continues.

7. Cancellations

Customers may cancel requests before a provider is dispatched.

Cancellation fees may apply if:

• A provider has already accepted the request.
• A provider is en route.
• A provider has arrived.

TaskDash reserves the right to determine cancellation policies and fees.

8. User Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the Platform unlawfully.
• Provide false information.
• Harass or threaten other users.
• Attempt to interfere with Platform operations.
• Upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Circumvent payment systems or platform protections.

9. Reviews and Feedback

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and feedback.

By submitting content, you grant TaskDash a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

TaskDash, its logos, software, designs, content, trademarks, and branding are owned by TaskDash, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit Platform content without written permission.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TASKDASH DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

• Continuous platform availability.
• Provider availability.
• Service quality.
• Job completion.
• Error-free operation.

TaskDash does not independently guarantee the actions, qualifications, conduct, or performance of any provider.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASKDASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TASKDASH'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• $100 USD, or
• The amount paid to TaskDash during the previous 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TaskDash, Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your conduct toward other users.
• Your services or transactions.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

TaskDash may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms or poses a risk to the Platform or its users.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of TaskDash after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
